Federated electrical model — College

The scope started from the existing architectural model and added the electrical, lighting, lightning protection and data infrastructure disciplines.

Coordination against the technical ceiling was the critical point: cable tray routes compete for space with HVAC ducts and with the structure. The clash matrix was built per pair of disciplines, with tolerances agreed in the meeting minutes.

Delivered as validated IFC 4, with a BCF clash report and quantities linked to the model.
