How to structure a BEP the site actually uses
The fields that define responsibility and acceptance criteria, and the ones that just fill pages.
A sixty-page BEP nobody opens is worse than a ten-page one the team consults every week.
The fields that hold the document up are few: who owns each discipline, what LOD is agreed at each stage, what the acceptance criterion is for each delivery and where the approved file is kept.
The rest is usually copied standard text. It is not wrong, but it pushes to the back of the document exactly what the site needs to look up.
